Amalfi's history

The Amalfi wedding hall is a simple yet elegant former Benedectine Monastery dating back to the 12th century. This is considered to be one of the most ancient marriage halls of Italy.
Civil ceremonies in the town hall of Amalfi take place in the beautiful Salone Morelli containing important documents and furnishing of the Maritime Republic of Amalfi.
The wedding hall overlooks the ocean and is in a superb position.
Ceremonies are conducted in Italian by the Mayor Civil registrar and translated by an interpreter we provide.
The town hall can hold up to 70 guests seated.
You can add personal vows, poems and readings to the ceremony. Under request is possible decorate the marriage hall with beautiful flowers. Ideal music: guitar and mandolin.
