Jessica and Stefan’s  Paestum wedding was beautiful, glamorous, special and overly scenic. The Temple of Nettuno provided the most perfect background of their stunning destination wedding in Italy and we were honored to be chosen as their wedding planners to celebrate their love in such an historical unique place.

Restaurant Nettuno is the best wedding venue a bridal couple can choose in Paestum since it offers a direct dramatic view over the greek temples. The calmness, the mystical vibe and the spiritual atmosphere, makes the temples inarguably one of the perfect Italy wedding destinations. Paestum is the perfect choice for a Destination wedding in Italy! The first thing the bride’s uncle (Mimmo) pointed out to us Italian Wedding Planner, once he called, was that his sister who lived in the USA wanted a special destination wedding in Italy, with view over the greek temples in Paestum, for her daughter. We soon understood that the only property that could match their requests was Restaurant Nettuno.  

Symbolic Wedding Ceremony in Paestum

Jessica and Stefan had a Symbolic Wedding Ceremony in Paestum at 6:00 p.m. in the Restaurant Nettuno’s garden. The backdrop of the Ceremony couldn’t be more stunning and unique, behind the couple there were the hystorical temples of Paestum. It is really hard to find such an incredible and dramatic setting for a Wedding. The ceremony was custom tailored around the bride and groom and did include the warming of the rings as well as the candle light ceremony, the wine ceremony and some old native americans traditions. The Wedding Officiant was Carmela Cesarano, she was as usual  incredible and amazing. I have worked with many wedding officiants over the years and hands down Carmela Cesarano does the most personable heartfelt service I have had the privilege to witness. After the ceremony the couple with their bridal party decided to explore the valley with all the greek temples in Paestum. It was a very special moment for all to be in such dramatic and historical place. TIMING: 6:00 p.m. Ceremony 6:20 p.m. end of Ceremony from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Family photos 7:00 p.m. Aperitif Starts 8:00 p.m. end of Aperitifs Move to dinner area – view over the temples 8:10 p.m. speeches – Prosecco will be served After the speeches the dinner will start   Wedding Flowers in Paestum Jessica was totally in love for colors such as maroon, bordeau, light pink and light peach and we decided to use those colors with flowers such as Dahlias, David austin roses, astilbe and lisianthus. Green used: Cineraria, Ruscus, Eucaliptus, olive branches MUSIC CHOSEN FOR CEREMONY, APERITIF, DINNER and AFTER DINNER The bridal couple decided to have a DJ throughout all the wedding day since they wanted a professional able to play the music they wanted to hear at the volume they wanted to hear. The Dj was just great, energetically announcing the cutting of the cake, the first dance.
